E-mail Services

Infotree has grouped its services into two main areas: Newsletter/Surveys and Notifications. You will notice that there isn't pricing except for a starting price. This is because of all the different variables that go into an E-mail Service. We don't cram your needs into a prepackaged program, but instead find out your goals and what you have for us to work with and create the best program for your situation.

Newsletters/Surveys
Newsletters/Survey are Infotree managed regular or periodic HTML email programs. Infotree creates the look, feel, links and required functionality. As with all marketing, ongoing programs work the best (though one time emails can be sent) and Infotree has the programs to ensure that your messages are sent with the optimum frequency.

Infotree can assist with written content, visual layout, determining your target market, image and the overall message you want to portray so your emails will have the impact and draw the attention needed to be successful. Newsletters and Surveys start at $250 for a one time send and $135/month for a monthly program.

Notifications
Notifications are just that- notifications. It means to let customers and subscribers know when you have made changes to your web site or a change in your business. Notifications start at $35/month plus e-mail volume. These are quick, text messages (can be HTML) that are initiated by you, either:

• Through an Infotree built system- these allow visitors to request notifications for specific reasons or specific web site section updates. Once your initial e-mail database of customers is imported, the system maintains all new subscribers and unsubscribers, which is actually maintained by your visitors on line at your website. A content area can be created to allow you to edit your text message, or an automatic, generic message can be used. These messages are sent out to those in your database and include a link back to your website to the pertinent area. These systems are custom designed to meet your customers' and your needs.

• Through Infotree's maintenance system for those with a Maintenance Plan. You would deliver to Infotree your database of customer e-mails and as you make changes to your web site we would send emails to that audience alerting them of the changes.
